A'Beka Curriculum

A'Beka curriculum is an excellent education from a Christian perspective. Daytona Beach Christian Academy utilizes A'Beka for elementary and middle school grades.
Daily Bible Class and Weekly Chapel
Bible time is a very important part of the day. We help our students learn all they can about Jesus and God’s Word. Our students will love learning about individuals in the Bible such as David, Daniel, Jonah, and Zacchaeus, as well as important holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Through memorizing Bible verses, they will have God’s Word to help them daily as they learn about creation, God’s promises, obedience, prayer, God’s protection, salvation, miracles, and Heaven.
Our core curriculum of language, reading/phonics, math, science, and social studies provides an excellent foundation for student development in academic excellence.
Weekly special area classes include American Sign Language, art, physical education, and music. Also, engaging field trips are scheduled throughout the year.
